Only one word that comes to my mind when I think of Sandeep - 'Automation'. I worked with Sandeep at Deloitte. He consistently put in 100% effort and was critical in ensuring the completion of our projects by the deadline. Needless to say, his ability to automate assured us of utmost quality in all our deliverables. He has been a reliable teammate, who was a positive influence, especially during stressful times. His ability to learn and implement new technologies is truly commendable and something I look up to. I had the pleasure of working with him closely and would recommend him to anybody looking for an excellent and knowledgeable leader.

Fixer
Can we fix this?
Usually the one asking. Then the one figuring out how.
Who I am

I was never the studious type. I was the one looking at what was broken and thinking, can we fix this? When I was 13 I started a savings scheme with my classmates. First revenue, twenty percent net margin. I had no idea what I was doing but that was the beginning.
I like building apps. Automation, systems that run on data. I'm happiest when I can take a mess of information and turn it into something that actually helps someone decide or just breathe a bit easier.
As a kid I wanted to play for IPL and India. That never happened. The itch to compete and build stuck around though. I play chess. I write poems and shayari and the odd article. Still figuring out how that fits with the rest.
What I believe
When organisations gain clarity faster, they create impact faster.
That belief has shaped everything I do. Product. Impact measurement. The causes I co-lead.
A Thalassemia-free India isn't a slogan. It's a deadline we're working toward.

What I build
Stuff I've started or help run. Mostly about giving people clarity and a bit of their time back.
Klair
I started Klair because I kept running into the same thing. Leaders buried in data, never enough clarity. We build AI that helps teams get from information to a decision without the usual slog. So they can actually act instead of staring at dashboards.
The main product is Insighter.co.in. It turns messy data into answers you can use. What we're really trying to give back is time to think.
Blood Warriors
I co-founded Blood Warriors in 2020. We're at 800-plus volunteers now. We built Blood Bridge to connect donors and patients. 200-plus families with Thalassemia get consistent access to blood. 3000-plus voluntary donations and counting. We also launched India's first LLM-powered patient support chatbot, Veeru. The goal is simple: every Thalassemia patient gets the care they need, and we're aiming for zero new cases by 2035.
