AI avatars with a face, a voice, a rulebook.
An AI avatar is a virtual person with a consistent face, voice and manner that can present, teach or support. Sandeep Kavety builds labelled virtual creators and consented voice clones end to end: identity, voice, video and the approval workflow around them.
- 1 face
- locked identity across every scene
- Consent
- first, for every cloned voice
- Always
- labelled as virtual or synthetic
What I build
01
Locked identity
A single approved face and reference sheet, with hero frames per setting so the character never drifts between videos.
02
Designed or cloned voice
A designed voice with line-by-line direction for emotion, or a replica of a real speaker made only from clips they consented to.
03
Generated video
Talking clips animated from approved hero frames, assembled into vertical reels with captions and graphics.
04
Human approval
Every face, voice and script is approved by a person before anything is published.
05
Disclosure built in
Bios and platform AI labels on every post. A virtual creator never claims to be a real person.
06
Cost and asset ledger
Every generated asset has an ID, a parent and a cost, so output is reproducible and auditable.
Evidence
A labelled virtual creator
Built through the same content studio used for client work: character bible, identity sheet, voice recipe, reel builder and an approval trail.

AI avatars: common questions
What is an AI avatar?
An AI avatar is a virtual person with a consistent face, voice and personality, generated by AI, that can present content, explain products or support customers.
Is voice cloning allowed?
Yes with explicit consent. Only the speaker's own approved reference clips are used, and synthetic voices are disclosed where platforms require it.
Can an avatar answer customers in real time?
Yes. The avatar's voice can be driven by a live voice agent that reasons over your data and takes actions, with a face for web, kiosk or video channels.
How do you stop an avatar from looking different each time?
By locking the identity: one approved anchor image, a reference sheet, and approved hero frames per scene that all later clips animate.
